Recorded Live: Les Wexner, the Epstein files, and the question no one wants to answer

Closed-door testimony, buried documents, and why powerful men still aren’t being charged

In this Live, I dig into the closed-door House Oversight Committee deposition of billionaire Les Wexner, a longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein whose name appears prominently in the Epstein files — including in at least one FBI document labeling him a “co-conspirator.”

I’ll be honest: Wexner was one of the names I’d heard repeatedly but never fully examined. So we do that together here. We walk through reporting on his financial relationship with Epstein, the allegations made by the late Virginia Giuffrethat she was trafficked to him, and the unanswered question at the center of all this: why has he never been charged?

We also examine the internal FBI document listing Wexner among “family and associates and co-conspirators,” and ask whether its incomplete nature reflects bureaucratic routine — or something more troubling.

Beyond the specifics of Wexner, this Live confronts a bigger reality: while other countries pursue accountability in high-profile abuse cases, the U.S. political system appears paralyzed — or protective.

This is a deep dive into power, influence, and what accountability looks like when billionaires are involved.
