Recorded Live: Epstein's victims were failed at every level. But, maybe now there's hope for accountability

I interview Civil rights attorney Arick Fudali on Epstein’s victims, DOJ betrayal, and the hearing that exposed it all

In this powerful live interview, civil rights attorney Arick Fudali — who has represented 11 of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims for nearly a decade — takes us back to the early days of pursuing justice against a man many considered untouchable. Long before Epstein’s arrest and death, there were whispers, intimidation, and a wall of power protecting him. Fudali describes a climate of fear so pervasive that even lawyers hesitated to challenge Epstein’s influence.

We discuss the survivors’ ongoing trauma — the threats, manipulation, and psychological scars that still linger — and why many victims remain fearful even today. But the most explosive part of our conversation centers on the recent DOJ hearing, where Attorney General Pam Bondi refused to apologize or even acknowledge the survivors sitting behind her.

Fudali argues that the Department of Justice has failed these women across multiple administrations — from the 2008 sweetheart deal to Epstein’s death in federal custody, to the redactions and unanswered questions that persist today. What could have been a unifying moment for the country instead became another example of institutional betrayal.

And yet, through it all, the survivors continue to fight.
