Live Recording: The DOJ knew: credible Trump accuser buried in the Epstein files

New reporting reveals the FBI found a Trump accuser credible — and the Justice Department not so quietly sat on it

In this morning’s Substack Live, I break down a bombshell new report from independent journalist Roger Sollenberger that directly undercuts the White House narrative about Donald Trump and the Epstein files. According to documents contained within the Justice Department’s own internal Epstein database, the FBI interviewed a woman who accused Trump of sexually assaulting her when she was between 13 and 15 years old — and the DOJ deemed her credible.

Even more disturbing, the allegation was included in a 21-page internal DOJ slideshow summarizing the government’s Epstein investigation. A second claim involving Trump at Mar-a-Lago reportedly came from a key government witness whose testimony helped secure Ghislaine Maxwell’s conviction.

The files do not indicate what became of the investigation into Trump. And now, the DOJ has announced it is finished releasing Epstein-related materials.

In this live, I walk through the documents, the timeline, the FBI tip records, and what this means politically and legally. If the government knew about a credible Trump accuser — and did nothing — that changes everything.
