My guess is they killed the survivors so they wouldn’t talk and say there are no drugs on the boat. Bombing these boats seems so illegal to me. What proof is there? We aren’t at war. No due process. Wouldn’t you rather arrest them and get more info on the gangs/ring if this were true?
