Trump’s Shutdown negotiations that don’t exist

The village idiot is lying about secret healthcare talks — and probably setting up his latest humiliation.

NBC News and a handful of other outlets are reporting today that the village idiot, Donald Trump, is now claiming he’s open to making a deal with Democrats on healthcare to end the shutdown. According to the reporting, Trump said he’s been talking to Democrats about a plan that wouldn’t just extend Obamacare subsidies, but also include other “wonderful” things. Of course, as usual, that’s a lie. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has already flatly said that Trump made up the whole story.

Now, I get that the MAGA faithful would believe Trump over Schumer in a heartbeat. But anyone even mildly dialed into reality knows that Trump can’t get through three complete sentences without lying in at least two of them. That’s just who he is — a pathological con man who thinks his delusions qualify as policy.
